Scope of services
COHS provides specialized occupational hygiene services for organizations of all industries under the oversight of a Registered Occupational Hygienist®. COHS mainly focuses on the following practice areas or hazards but has the flexibility to provide services in other areas as well:
- Hazardous drugs
- Indoor air quality and mould
- Laser safety
- Noise
- Occupational exposure and risk assessment
- Office ergonomics
- Respiratory protection
Where COHS is unable to provide services, referrals to other occupational hygiene service providers may be made in some cases.
